All the products Grupo Digalco resells come with 1 year warranty, excepting those otherwise specified on its technical sheet. Timeline´s warranty starts on the purchase date.Invoice will proof this date of purchase.
Grupo Digalco´s warranty products exceptions:
- Incorrect product usage, manipulation or maintenance by the customer.
- Incorrect product repair, modification or upgrade by the customer.
- Incorrect software/hardware item configuration made by the customer.
- Computers, storage devices or additional software infected by viruses.
Damages due to data lossduring the product repairing process.
- Products or parts considered as Consumables by the manufacturer: laptop batteries, toner, photoconductive, drums, ink cartridges, DLT storage devices, etc….
Intervention during the warranty does not extend its intial period.
