Our Warranty
All the products Grupo Digalco, SL resells come with 1 year warranty, excepting those otherwise specified on its technical sheet. Timeline´s warranty starts on the purchase date.Invoice will proof this date of purchase.
Grupo Digalco, SL´s warranty products exceptions:
- Incorrect product usage, manipulation or maintenance by the customer.
- Incorrect product repair, modification or upgrade by the customer.
- Incorrect software/hardware item configuration made by the customer.
- Computers, storage devices or additional software infected by viruses.
Damages due to data lossduring the product repairing process.
- Products or parts considered as Consumables by the manufacturer: laptop batteries, toner, photoconductive, drums, ink cartridges, DLT storage devices, etc….
Intervention during the warranty does not extend its intial period.
For any claim regarding your order, you must report it on our website, by clicking
technical support access (central banner on home page) and you will be headed to a quick and efficient resolution of your situation.
Transport Damage
The Customer has a 24 hour delay since the order delivery to inform about any damage ocurred during transportation. In this case you must notify us from the
technical support form on the website. Any claim about delivery state will not be accepted over the next 24 hours.
