Cada equipo pasa por 15 controles técnicos en nuestra fábrica de A Coruña, bajo estándares ISO 9001 e ISO 14001, antes de salir al cliente.
Recepción del equipo y verificación inicial del lote y la documentación.
Registro interno, etiquetado y nº de serie para garantizar la trazabilidad de cada unidad.
Revisión de chasis, puertos, bisagras y componentes externos para clasificar el grado estético.
Limpieza interna y externa adaptada al tipo de equipo, con productos específicos.
Comprobación de placa base, conexiones internas y funcionamiento general del sistema.
Pruebas de procesador y memoria RAM bajo carga, cuando aplica al producto.
Chequeo de SSD, M.2 o disco duro y sustitución por unidad nueva si no supera los tests.
Pruebas de gráfica y salidas de vídeo según la configuración del equipo.
Revisión de puertos, ranuras, red cableada y conectividad inalámbrica disponible.
Revisión y actualización de BIOS o firmware a la última versión estable del fabricante.
Instalación de sistema operativo con licencia oficial cuando corresponde al modelo.
Aplicación de actualizaciones críticas de seguridad antes de la puesta a la venta.
Pruebas de rendimiento y estabilidad acordes al tipo de equipo y su uso previsto.
Validación final del equipo y comprobación de estabilidad antes de aprobar la venta.
Embalaje seguro y preparación del pedido para envío peninsular en 24-48 h.
