Grupo Digalco, SL is a company with 25 years of experience in the <strong>refurbishing of computer products</strong> for sale and distribution. Our equipment, products and services are certified, which guarantees that they comply with quality, safety and environmental regulations., R7-R8 warehouses

The certification of a company consists of a conformity assessment carried out by a recognized and independent entity (in our case, AENOR) to determine whether a product, process or management system meets specific requirements in accordance with national standards and/or its international equivalent.

Our company has the certifications <strong>ISO 14001 for environmental management and 9001 for quality management (AENOR)</strong>

All products in our catalog are refurbished. They come from purchases from European corporations that have carried out a technological renovation and are reconditioned in our <strong>computer hardware factory</strong> using specialized tools to guarantee the perfect condition and functioning of each of its components.

All products we sell are 100% performance, have been refurbished, data wiped, system restored to factory settings and have a <strong>12 month warranty</strong> except where stated otherwise.

Damage resulting from misuse of the product by the customer (such as may occur after an attempt to modify any internal component on your part) will not be covered by the warranty. The guarantee that Grupo Digalco offers on its products expressly excludes the following cases:

  • Incorrect repair, modification or extension of the product by the customer.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration on the items by the customer.
  • Computer virus infection of computers, storage devices or additional software, damage resulting from data loss during the product repair process.
  • Products or parts considered as consumables by the manufacturer: laptop batteries, toner, photoconductors, drums, ink cartridges, etc...

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase of the product. The purchase date will be confirmed by presenting the invoice.

Intervention during the warranty period does not extend the initial warranty period.

In case of an incident with the purchased product, contact us through the website, in the technical support section and we will contact you to provide a solution to the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns

In the case of the following products: Apple, computers, laptops, monitors, rugged products and tablets, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 15 days to return them. To do this, you must keep the original packaging.

Defective due to transportation:

You have a period of 24 hours following receipt of your order to report any damage you notice resulting from transport. In this case you must notify us from the technical support form on the website. No claims are accepted regarding the condition in which the merchandise was delivered after the aforementioned 24-hour period.
